With his extensive and unique combination of public agency and private practice experience in water quality related matters, Gary often works in a water quality legal support role, assisting other attorneys and law firms in their cases before regulatory agencies, in litigation, and in disputes between property owners. In these cases, he has provided advice privately as well as participating in meetings and discussions with the regulatory agencies. His litigation support roles have included providing advisory legal and strategic consultation on water quality related cases, and on occasion acting as an expert consultant.
